The basics: Make a bowl of water and mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, milk and oil.
Add in a bit of shredded cheese and mix until a dough forms.
Then add in a handful of chopped mushrooms and mix it all together.
You’ll end up with a nice, fluffy cake.
Then cut into wedges and serve with a side of salad and/or some veggies.
Tip: You can make the cake even thicker by using a doughnut maker.
