The cost of a typical sushi meal in France ranges from about €12.50 to €14.50 depending on what the menu has to offer.
For a few meals, it can be as low as €7.50.
The most expensive item in this category is a piece of sushi called a “mangachi”, a rice bowl with a fish in it.

The Japanese version is typically served with an assortment of vegetables, and the “tori” (vegetable) is usually served with a sauce similar to the sauce served on the “bamboo roll” (sushi roll) at sushi restaurants.
The main difference between the two versions of sushi lies in the amount of rice added to the meal.
If the amount used is too little, you will be disappointed, but if the amount you order is too much, the meal will be bland and unsatisfying.
If your meal comes with rice and vegetables, then you can expect a lot of the ingredients to be overcooked and the meal to be more salty.
For example, in the Japanese version, the rice is cooked until it turns dark brown.
This means that the fish will be very soft, but the meat will be too firm and it will be dry.
However if you order a “shiro”, or a “tachi”, or both, the fish and rice will be cooked until they are very tender and the texture will be more like that of fresh fish.

In the Japanese sushi bar, the sushi will usually be served with only a little rice and a couple of pieces of vegetables and fish, and in the tachi sushi, you’ll be served three pieces of fish and the rice, but with some extra vegetables and vegetables and a few pieces of meat.
There are also special versions of the Japanese rice and vegetable sushi called “taka” and “tashita”.
Taka is served with both fish and vegetables; the fish is usually very thinly sliced and the vegetables are usually lightly sliced.
The dish usually has a lot more sauce on top, but there is a big difference between these two dishes.
Tashita is served without any fish, so the fish won’t be so tender.
However you can get a better fish than a taka.
In this case, the amount added to this dish is very small and the fish may be quite dry.

The cost in restaurants will depend on the number of people dining there and the number and variety of sushi options.
In restaurants with large groups, it will cost you more money to order a few more pieces of sushi at the bar and take your meal home.
However for restaurants with fewer than a few people, it won’t cost you as much money to eat the whole meal, so you can make the most of the extra money you can.
If there are too many people, you might need to wait a bit longer.
